Returns and refunds are only accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
Returns are eligible only in the following cases:
The product is damaged upon delivery.
The size delivered does not match the size ordered.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for orders placed by mistake or for size/fit issues due to incorrect selection by the customer.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Once your return is approved, a pickup will be scheduled.
After successful pickup and quality check, your refund will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method.
Return shipping is free for eligible cases.
Any product returned that does not meet our return criteria will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
